After a prolonged time off from running my T3(4 months), I decide to get it back into runnig condition. Unfortunately, I got into too big of a hurry. I ran it first thing in the morning with dew still on the grass.(how stupid) Long story short, my ESC started smoking and went out of control.:eek:
After talking with Associated, I decided to send it in to try to fix it.
Within 3 days of sending them the ESC, Associated leaves me a message saying that it is fixed and wanted a methhod of payment. I called back the extension left on my voice mail and it was Billy Easton.(cool) :D All told including shipping , it cost me $35 to get it fixed. That sure beats $140 for a new one and I actually got Billy Easton to fix it for me!
I just wanted to commend Associated for their promptness on this matter and courtesy, not to mention that the proce was not too bad either. They could have just told me that it was non-repairable and that I needed a new one. Thanks Associated!!:) :D
