I dont have a digger, but I have a VERY nice legend (very similar to the digger, chassis is just a little different).
I like it very much, and it will out run my nitro rustler:D (you can make them very fast)
My legend has the following hop ups....
titanium axle
aluminum hubs
bearings
right now im running a 16t qaud motor
w/ novak esc

If anyone reads this, well I got my Digger II and it is so cool, but I didn't have a steering servo at first, so every time I hit something, even gently, it would bend the linkage. I got a big servo saver now it works fine. I had a Traxxas Stinger motor in it, that was pretty fast, and ran forever, but now with the P2k 2 it is more insane fast for a little car like that!

HAHA yeah, I had a Digger, it was my first RC car about 4 years ago. I had a stinger motor with a Tekin ESC and that thing would smoke EVERYBODY at my hobby shop, I could even compete with the nitro cars but the stearing and bouncing was a big problem. Also, a helpful tip, put some silicone tubeing over the stearing links to keep them from poping off.

I bought one of these thinking here is a cheap car that won't do anything but give me a reason use some old motors I had sitting around. BOY WAS I WRONG! I set it up with a 13t speed gem motor and a matched 3000mah battery pack and proceed to smoke a new t-maxx. Of course with the lousy traction the foam tires have on untreated asphalt, I had to wait until the batteries where half discharged to race him. Does anybody know any way to put on road tires on this car?
p.s. I'll post pictures soon :D

Try putting treads on the foam. Foam is better overall than rubber so try to stick with 'em.
Try cutting treads in V shapes around the tire. To make the cut, go in like this \ and the other side like this / so the recess of the treads are in a V shape as well. I don't know if this would work too good but its an idea.

I got these ProLine rims a couple years ago, to mount 1/10 off-road (road tires) on. They work great, but I did have to trim the fenders considerably. I'll check to see if I still have the part number (I don't know if they still sell them). I'm also working on a '69 Camaro that I have narrowed the chassis, a lot, to tuck the tires/wheels under the body. I'm still working on it. Here's my Digger Bug. It's a ton of fun. I added a ball diff and it's very managable on almost any road surface. I've also owned Monster trucks, race-trucks, buggies, pan-cars, and touring cars, but there's something fun about wheelies!! :D

You might try Tower Hobbies or contact ProLine, I really don't know. I do know that these tires and a ball-diff = great traction, fast!

Bolink sells a rim/Pro-Line street tire that comes preglued or not for their cars. I had to trim the fenders on my Legends some to get them to work on mine, but they kept the 6-cell/16t combo inline long enough to get the car moving. The "maiden Voyage" of my Legend looked like one of Kevin Harvick's victory laps (i.e., nothing but doughnuts:D )

i have a set of those pan car wheels with touring tires (speed hawgs). the tires suck. i'd like to get a set of just the wheels so i can put some decent tires on them. my buddy had a set of those same tires on an associated truck a few years ago, and they were miserable on it too.

I just got one of these and it is awsome. I bought just the rolling chassis and put an epic 6 cell, novak super rooster, trinity p-94 6t single, and for now a kyosho radio i took out of one of my other cars. All I need now is a fail safe which is no prob but I really need bigger tires and rims cause this thing does not hook for nothing. Do you guys know if any of the new pro line wheels fit? I emailed bolink and told them i want bigger rims and tires mounted on chrome rims but still waiting for a reply. Any help on the wheels is appreciated.

Anyone have info on the Bolink Super-T? I am wondering which parts would be compatible with more popular Bolink cars. Are all Bolink wheels compatible? How different are the ladder style frames for each model i.e. Digger, Legend, Pro Stock, Super-T?
Also, are there any sites that document the Bolink history or catalog their products?
Anyone think another company may copy Bolink's style and release something like the Legends again?
Thanks,
Todd
