I am having a problem my EK4's throttle linkage. The instructions are very basic and I assembled it per. Problem is, where the linkage meets the servo arm, it seems as though I cannot torque down the screw & nut or the little plastic flange thing that the screw passes through locks down on the servo arm and hence, cannot rotate on top of the servo arm which of course prevents the servo arm from turning.... What do I do to correct this? Thanks!

If you have a lock nut (the little plastic washer on top) when you tighten it down, then back it off about a half a turn then it will move on the arm freely. If you don't have a lock nut you can use a regular nut just put a little lock-tight on it ,then tighten it down then back it up a half turn or till the plastic piece moves freely. Either way the nut will not fall off and the plastic piece will be able to move as it should. Hope this helps ;)

The nut they supply isn't a lock nut and the screw isn't long enough to support one.
We tighten the screw down, then back it up about a 1/4 turn until the little plastic arm is free. Then put a drop of blue loctite on the screw and spin the nut on. Just snug it. Don't crank on it. Let the loctite hold it in place.

HAd the same problem. If you remove the linkage from the servo horn and look at the other side of the black dohickey, you'll notice a recessed hole, that's the side you need to have facing up. Then the screw will go all the way through so you can put the nut on.....
