I'm looking to buy a monster truck as my next rc. I would primarily like to use it for hill climbs and playing in sand and rocks. I don't care about racing, and I'm not interested in jumping all that much. I'll use my T3 for that stuff. Everyone I run with has an E-Maxx. I would like something different. The TXT-1 looks sweet, but is probably going to be out of my price range. What other electric monster trucks should I look into purchasing? Any pros and cons would be appreciated. I like the idea of the solid front axle for the flex.
Thank you for any tips.

If you plan to buy a Solid Axle Monster Truck you're going to have to spend at least $380 .. Since that is out of the question check out the Traxxas Stampede. It won't go as fast as the E-Maxxes but it has more ground clearance than a Stadium Truck. Also, check out Thunder Tech Racing accessories for the Stampede .. http://www.thundertechracing.com/stampede.htm They also have a cantilever setup. :D

Thunder Tech Racing Tremor. ;) I want that but it's 380 for the chassis only in Carbon Fiber. They have another version of that called the Ripper. Same truck but no roll cage.

You know whats funny about this truck? The upper chassis serves NO PURPOSE! :D Its just there for looks. All the power train part of the truck is down low... Even the batterys.
