Where is a good place to buy rubber and foam, sedan tires? Im tired of dropping 50 bones every few weeks on a new set.

Have you thought about just buying the donuts, mounting them yourself. The foam donuts are about half the price of mounted foams. Then just have someone true them to the size you like.
What you save in mail order prices, with postage fees the price is about the same as getting them at the LHS.
