It looks like a new track, and soon to be ONLY track in Indy is going to take shape next to Hobbystop in Indianapolis. So I figured I might as well go ahead and start a thread for this new track. Right from the source,

I was in the HobbyTown USA North store last Sunday (5/16/04) and the signs said Racing at HTUSA South starts on June 5th, 2004. No word as to classes or layout. I would love to see a Trinity T-Spec sedan class, or a 19 turn spec motor 4wd sedan class. All on road courses naturally!

I may not race the first week but I definately want to check it out!

I just got off the phone with HTUSA Indy South. Here is what they said.

Entry fee is not set yet, should be between $5 and $10
AMB lap counting However it is not compatable with personal transponders
Roar Rules
Electic and Nitro Classes
Simple road course to start, as more hard core racers show up they will move towards more complex road courses.
