There's two versions of the Seawind currently sold: The regular Seawind is an ABS molded plastic hull while the SE version is a gel-coated fiberglass that a half pound lighter than the plastic Seawind. Both versions require a two-channel surface radio with a standard servo for the rudder and a high-torque winch servo for the twin sail control.
Both Seawinds look great, and sail well in light-medium winds, plus you can remove the sailset to transport it in your car.
Hope this helps,
RickE

I've got a Seawind and it sails great!
Just remember to remove the rudder and keel and lube with vaseline or light grease after every outing if running in salt water!!
