I just bought a new Speed Gems 2 Ruby and they have me 3 capacitors and there is no where on there that tells me how to solder on the capacitors, can anyone tell/show me how?
And is it REALLY NECCESSARY to solder them on?

Yes, it's a good idea to use all three for motors that don't use surface mounted ones. Solder 1 positive to endbell screw tab, 1 from negative to endbell screw tab and the third positivie and negative motor tabs. Motor capacitors are non-polorzied should you don't have to be worried about shorting or which end goes where.
2 is all that is needed is most cases but the 3rd provided added protection in suppressing interference to radio reception.
