Nitroboy, do you know the drivetrain gear ratio? And size spur and clutch bell does the 90% kit come with? Mine came with the .12

the spur is a 45 tooth, the clutch is 15
so its a 3:1

I just picked up on ebay a TRX 2.5. I am going to put in my ts4n. I just need a header, clutch nut and pull start.

I am going to get a non pullstart engine for my TS-4N and a starter box. Do i need to do any modification to the car to use the starter box?

Any of you guys know where I could find parts on-line for this vehicle? I am having a hard time getting parts through a local hobby shop that carries thundertiger.

Thanks for the help.

I have great information for those who cannot get their hands on thunder tiger gears for their two speeds. Ofna two speed gears are interchangeable with the thunder tiger 2-speed gear housing. This is for those that like to experiment with gear ratios. Good luck.

These cars are ok but with all the choices available you really need to be sure that your local hobby store can store some spare parts , cuz i didn`t see ,any hobby shop store THUNDER TIGER
if you really want this car , get the pro model . you be glad in the long run ;)
