have you tried slotting it with a dremel and then use a flat head screw driver to turn it?

a dremel will be the best tool that you ever buy. Dont get a cordless one (batteries die real quick) and make sure it has variable speeds (the more the better). I cant imagine how often i use it, all i know is that i wouldnt get by without it.

i gotta agree with the guys on this one. i have the craftsman rotary tool and i use it all the time. put a sanding drum in the chuck and it works great for cleaning up trim lines on car bodies.

I have one of the mini mights from dremel and really like it. It doesn't have the high speed like a corded one. I use it alot for body work.
I charge mine up the night before the race day just incase I need it. Also bring an A/C one too.
My A/C one is made by RYOBI and has variable speed from 8000 to 23000. Where my mini might only has 5000 or 10000.
