Problems with Picco std. .15 engine

I just bought a picco std. .15 engine, and for some reason I can not get it to run right. I have just put this new engine in my T-Maxx, but I can not get it to Idle right, run temp right, and get any fuel mixture right. I need help I did all the breaking procedures and it worked at first for a little while after, but then things started to get out of hand. I do not know where to start as in what would be the reset for my low, high, and idle needles. I need at least that information for now. I tried to use what other books say, but it is not helping. I am also using 25% nitro fuel with I think 10% oil, or something like that. Well I would appriciate any help out there.

try going back to the start up and break in settings from the directions,let me know how that motor works in your t-max to i am thinking of getting that motor for mine,and did you do any thing different to the gearing..
