First of all, forgive the username, but I also fly glow! The Question. I purchased an airplane at the Weak Signals Expo this year, and all appears to be good, except...the designer flys his prototypes with the energizer lithium 123a batteries that you buy at Wal-Mart. I found the batteries ok, my problem is the charger. He said that there was a construction article in one of the magazines for making a charger, but I can't seem to find it. Anyone who has any info, pleeeeease post it! Thanks, Mark

Hello Highnitro,
No problem with the name, I love the smell myself, and have models that need a booster battery to start. The problem with that charger question is that these batteries were never meant to be recharged according to the manufacturer. At least several individuals were accomplishing this, and a circuit was published, but there was a rapid move to point out that this procedure could very hazardous to your health in an explosive way! I suggest you stick with the batteries that specifically are listed as rechargable.
Regards, Dave
