get some extra plugs and try them. go back to the normal ones too. the a3 ones and see if it will fire then. is it rebuilt? does it need a rebuild?

a rebuild is when the piston and sleve can't hold together anymore.if you can turn the engine over without feeling a pop or any resistance, it needs a rebuild. you take it apart, replace the piston and sleve, put it back together and go through breakin again

Try 2 3/4 turns out on HIGH needle.
3 3/4 turns on low needle or just flush with the carb housing. About 1mm opening on the idle setting.
Oh and yeah charge the glow-ignitor fully. As far as what plug I cant make a comparision all I have used is A3 plug no issues at all with that plug it is cheap and lasts I use it in 30-85 degree weather.

i use trinity fuel so you should have no problem with this stuff i think it works great and with your engine problem my engine was doing the same thing and all i did was start from scratch with the needles come to find out the engine was running way to lean but i was still able to get 5 gallons through it before i had any trouble with the engine.

Has the lid ever been accidently left off for a long time?
Trinity 20% will work just fine if its not gone bad. I use 20% Wildcat fuel. From what Ive read Wildcat makes Trinity fuel. The RCCA guys use Trinity all the time in their reviews so if the fuel you have is good the problems you have arent with the fuel itself.
