cant decide

i an saving up for a nitro car and at my track i race at the most popular are 1/8 scale buggies but im also looking at a monster pirate for bashing. im not sure if my hobby shop carries either but im leaning towards the monster pirate because of its big tires and big engine. i would get the buggy for racing but i already have a xxx-t mfe race truck. what do you think is a better decision. i dont get to the track very often. and one more question. does having a fm radio in a nitro car really make that much difference.

Well if you dont get up to the truck very often and you want to be able to play in the dirt and climb and stuff...... get a monster pirate. But if you wanna be able to race, go offroad, and have insane speed, go for the 1/8 buggy. Those things will haul.... I hope to have one some day! :D I guess its a decision of bein able to climb and not worry bout gettin stuck with the monster pirate...... or bein able to race and go really really fast with the buggy. LoL. And FM does make a difference, but it's not really neccesarry (sp?) , it would be a good choice to have FM though.
