Hi all,

It is possible to just rewind cd-rom motors for slow-flight/indoor models, a replacement for speed 280/300 motors. There's no need to buy new magnets, the original magnetic bell is used. It flies longer (higher efficiency) and the motors last longer (brushless).

I have been following the many page discussion on the "other board" and am glad to see some of it show here. Some of the discussion is a bit above me and I hope that in some of the listed links will be some meanings for some of the buzz terms. I find this most interesting.
