Flex Cable Question

Does anyone know where I could find information on the torque limitation of flex cable in reverse? I am looking at purchasing a 3/16" diameter flex cable and want to have reverse.

Do not run a flex cable in reverse under power it will unwind. It is wound for forward travel.
