Hmmm Radio Shack Motor???

hey i was in the shack today and noticed electric motors of various sizes, now the shack has a big market in r/c cars and carries lots of batteries (all seemed too heavy for flight) but has anybody looked into these cheap ( like 2 bucks) motors
28,000 rpm un loaded and 16,000 under load

or should i be the first to experiment???

Hello Air,

Man, I was looking for motors, because I was going to build a field cooling tube for my lager battery packs, and at the time, never thought of RadioShack (ahhh, stupid me.. Too much CA and probond). $2+ Eh? I can't say that I have heard of someone aplying these motors, but what the Heck! I say you do it, Air.. and give us your report. What size and power specs. are you going to use, or buy? Punch it in MotorCal. see if the power pulls to be a promising investment.
