my boat goes pretty fast, and it has a tiny propeller on it, im wondering if i can put on a bigger propeller, will it make the boat faster, because there is a lot of room at the bottom of the boat to put in a propeller, its a deep vee boat, thanks

You might try the 38 millimeter prop used on the Kyosho Jet stream 1000 nitro boat (website part number LXT101 on your Viper. They also make a 42MM prop, but that might be too much propeller for the Viper's engine to handle.
