Need help getting on this engine!!!

I need help getting info on this engine
The manufacturer is "Fuji" I bought this a few days a go because it looked so neat, even though I think I paid a little too high price on it. Its 7½ inches in height and all aluminium.
Any and all information about this engine is welcome.
The engine has the next details stamped on it model number or serial number 6064
Engine 061???

It reads on the top of the engine "Fuji out board engine"
The shaft from engine to propeller is a spring!

I dont know how common engines like this are, but I have never seen one before and I am thrilled about it.

Please, if you know anything about this engine let me know.
