Hey, I was sitting at home one day and had the great idea of designing and building an r/c plane. So after many design debates I came up with something that looks like the Great Planes Tutor Trainer. It has a 25.5 inch wing span and a 19 inch fuse. The question I had was what power system to put into it. What I planning on getting is the Great Planes 280-motor with a 4.1/1 gear box, c-10 speed control. And an APC 10x4.7 slow flyer prop. Great Planes T-280 ESC System 4.1:1 Ratio (http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0095p.pgm?FVSEARCH=GPMG0430&FVPROFIL=++&search3=Go)
I am also going to put a JR micro radio system.

I really need some help on this part because I don't even know if it will fly. Anyone have any tips/suggestions? Thanks

Friend, That is a micro size aircraft. The very largest power system that would be reasonable would be one of the low ratio GWS drives. The Ray-O-Vac 9V nimh rechargable battery is about the heaviest that it might carry. If it looks like this model will weigh 5 ounces or more all equipped, set it aside as good building experience and maybe tackle a plans built for the next go.
