what is 3d flying?

Hello Nitrothug,
3D flying is the bit of doing manuevers that go beyond the normal performance envelop of a model. In a helicopter it might be a multi turn stall turn, or hovering inverted, or an outside loop.
In a stiff wing aircraft, 3D covers stuff like hovering vertically, tumbling, all sorts of manuevers done beyond the wing stall.
