has anyone gotten a fine for driving nitro boats at ponds in parks?

Not in my area i find that the nitro boat draw a good crowd I just try not to run where people are fishing.........

I too run at a local park pond. Use good common sense ie watch the noise level, be courtious to not only fishermen but others using the pond as well, stay away from ducks!
My City Parks Dept. invites me to run there as it does draw a crowd who really like to watch the boats run.
Be polite, don't be an idiot and you will have a great time meeting people and entertaining them. You might even attract someone new to our hobby. :D
