I own a EP 25" Viper R boat and I want it going about 25 mph. I'm not really sure how fast in mph it goes right now, but I have a 22 turn magnetic mayhem and a Runner Plus Reverse ESC with a limit of 17 turns. So what kind of motor ( in turns) could be recommended for this desired speed?

T0 get 25 MPH out of the Viper, a 17-turn machine-wound motor like the Trinity Chameleon 2 should do, but you'll need to water-cool it via either the Kyosho water-cooling kit or an aftermarket one. Trim tabs will also likely be needed, as 25 MPH is alot for the Viper hull.

Thanks, I already have the trim tabs and cooling system and I just went to the hobby shop to order a 17 turn Gem motor!
