I'm thinking about Buying a new boat hull of the internet, but I want it to be at least 30 inches. I'd also prefer it being capable of speeds around 35 mph with the right motor, and I've settled on it being a deep or shallow vee for speed, control, and fun. Any suggestions? I've heard alot about the Super Hawaii. IS that a good boat for speed?

For that kind of speed from a fast electric boat, checkout the Fine Design website. They sell boat kits that will give you that speed and more. The Super Hawaii is a great boat, but to get 35 MPH you'd need to do some major work and money spending.

Completely stock, likely around 15-18 MPH with good packs onboard and the drive set for straightline speed. It's possible to setup the 'Hawaii with hotter motors, but you must keep tabs on the drive gearing when the better motors are run. The boat is a very popular DC boat, so if you did go with it you'd find many info sources on it.

I agree the Super H is a great boat for electric use. It's size is impressive and should be able to handle a little chop. I too thought an electric may fill a nitch and purchased a Kysho Jet Stream. I bought this hull as I knew it had a thick ABS hull and was of excellant quality. The hull could easily be set up for nitro also. The cost of speed AND run time soon had me dropping a nitro in the Jet Stream.
The Super H hull is thin and light which is great for electric but will soon show the effects of nitro fuel and engine vibration.
So, if you are sure you will stay with an electric setup, I give a thumbs up to the Super H.

that cant be the one you are talking about because 240ft a minute is not even 3 mph.

I cann't pull up the link you listed ck. The Super h I am reffering to is distrubuted by ABC Hobbies. It's about 41" long, (2) 540 cans std. trannied to a single outdrive shaft and runs off dual 7.2 packs.
I have seen a smaller non-hobbies version of the SH and IT may be the one you are reffering to.

Your nickname suits you well not2bright. Electrics can be extremely fast, with the current electric straitaway record of just a shade under 90 mph. Electrics will be shooting for speeds of 100 mph in the coming months.
