Is it possible to put a outboard on my kyosho blade runner with out much modification. If so which one

Due to the hull design, an outboard wouldn't give you the right balancing. Plus you'd have to gut the whole inner hull, and if that is an idea you'd be better off scraping the boat's drive setup and installing a 700 Speed motor and a flex cable drive. If you're interested in this, checkout the RumRunner Racing Team website and punch-in Blade Runner-you'll be quickly presented with a ton of info on this Kyosho electric boat.

clickon one of the Forums (say Fast Electric Q & A) and on the bottom right (just below the last Thread on that page) type in Blade-Runner in the box where it says search this forum...there is a huge Thread that talks heaps about it...so it is VERY worthwhile to go check out
then go into the other forums and type it in the same box and you should get more stuff
