Im looking through tower now and see the Skyport 4(4 channels) and it says it can be on 72 and 75mhz with 3 servos and 72mhz with 4 servos. If i have it on 75mhz can i use a throttle servo and steering servo and use the skyport in my tl-01? Also i see the Airtronics VG600(6 channels) that can be on 75mhz. Is it possible to use one of these in my tl-01?
Thanx:D :) ;)
I don't think you'd want to use these radios for cars except for trucks that need shifting gears like the tamiya's. You can still do it, but control might be a problem cause each stick is 2 axis. I tried putting my attack-4 on a 12th scale and it was not pleasant! Using 1 stick for both throttle and steering is nearly impossible. I guess you can put in a slotted disc on each stick to limit them to move in 1 axis each. ... Maybe a TL01 is a slower going car and you can get away with it? Personally I like end points and dual rates on a radio for cars. I think you should figure out why you want a 4-6 channel radio in the first place...

You could use it on the tl-01, but as said above you'd need to lock out some of the axes of movement on the sticks.
The Skysport has no functions, so you may as well buy an Attack (unless you also plan to do some multi-channel r/c with it)
