where gonna need a bit more info than this.... when your running it and it cuts out does it cut out from a lean or rich cut out? also, are you sure your getting enough compression? we need at least these questions answered before we can help you...

it cuts off from a rich and lean mixture both but i run it on rich most of the time, i already checked the compression and it's good. When it cuts off there are air bubbles in the fuel line...could i have put them on wrong??? i dont think i did unless they were on backwards from the start........(and the steering sucks and it cant hold a straight line, and has poor acceloration...basicly....i think it's a peice of junk!!:( i guess i should have told my dad to go with quality not price ) my aim name is RCracer8BD .

If your fuel line wraps around the engine than this could be causing it. If so, rerout your fuel line so that it is away from any hot areas. This will keep evaporation and heat to a minimum.

If that isn't the issue...start off by taking all your settings back to default. (what ever the manual says)

I assume your talking about the XXX-NT? If so, than I have found that 1-1.5 turns out on the low end needle and 2-2.5 turns out for the high end needle works best. Though this may very car to car.

Make sure that you blow the fuel out every so often when driving. If you let it set there and idle, gas will build up and flood the car.

I have a feeling your low end is set too rich. I have seen many people saying that they have their needles set to 4 turns out. That may work for their car, but if I set mine like that, it will flood in no time.

Good Luck!

I have only run electric so far, so I no experience with nitro, but I have read about it and it sounds like the same problem that people have with their T-maxxs. You fill up the tank, run the engine, and around the last quarter or so of fuel left in the tank, the engine starts leaning out. I believe that this is caused by there being so much air in the fuel tank that it is hard to pressurize it (from the exhaust) and so there is not enough pressure forcing the fuel into the carb. Therefore, the only force moving the fuel into the carb is the suction of the engine. This means that less fuel is getting to the engine and it leans out as the fuel tank empties. To correct this, you can run your engine rich so that it does not lean out as much towards the end of the tank, or you can fill up the tank more frequently (before it gets too low). After looking through my magazines for a while, I found that the article about this is in the June 2002 issue of RCCA on page 178 in the Tech Q&A section of Piston Power. Now I do not have any first-hand experience with nitro, but I have read about it and this may be the problem.

i rerouted the fuel line it still didnt work, then i find out my dad was messing with my car and had it too lean  , so i put it back and runs like a charm, my dad should get his own car insted of ruining mine!!!!! but the reruoting the fuel line helped alot before i noticed alot of air bubbles in the line but now they're all gone:)
