I thought I would share this with you...

I took my 0.15 engine apart and found extra casting material around the sleeve passages. I used my dremel to clear away the aluminum, and now my engine idles much better, and has more power but less fuel economy...who cares about THAT anyway..)

Take a look at these pics. They are before and after grinding. (If I can get them to load.)

I also did stuff to the backplate, crankshaft, piston, sleeve, and connecting rod.

Here is what the port looks like after grinding... nice and clean, easy for the air/fuel to pass thru = More Power.

be careful when doing any type of work on any engine when using a dremel, once a things gone, its gone. does it seem to have a lot more torque?

Yes, I was careful, and took my time. I cleaned it out thoroughly afterward. As far as Torque, well, I dunno.. I don't exactly have a dyno so I can't tell what I gained in torque and horsepower. It idles better, revvs up quicker, gets on the pipe quicker, and the top end speed is better... it really sucks the nitro down now!! I gained about 7 MPH.
