I'm looking to upgrade my servo in my TC3. I'm running the stock 94102 servo that came with my M8 Radio. I've been looking at the hitec digitals but I'm not sure what would be better for TC racing, higher torque, or faster? Any thaughts? And if I go with a Hitec digital, will I need to buy the digital servo programmer I saw on their website?

I have a hitec digital servo in my TC3. The 5945MG. This servo is way over kill for this car, more speed and power than any car short of something with clod sized tires that weights 15lbs. Well it woudl flip those tires around like nothing. I would sugest(sp?) the 5645MG, transit speed of .17 at 4.8v and 107oz-in of torque! And its only $55 at tower.
Or you could the 625MG Transit speed of 0.18 at 4.8v and 76oz-in of torque, for $47.
So buy which ever you feel you want to pay for. I am recomending Hitec servo because they have the best bang for the buck out there. And of course there awsome servo, I have a bunch of them, at all different levels, standard to super high performance digital.
BTW-the hitec servo programmer is a waste of money unless your using mulitple servo's and have to get ehm all exactally the same. With most comupter radio'd you can do what it does from your Tx.
