hey all you rc boaters i am thinking about buying the graupner red rocket or the grand prix. i was thinking about putting the GTX 600 outboard on it. i was also going to put the sc3 lite speedcontrol from www.rc-hydros.com and hook up an 8 cell 2400 mah pack to it will this work and will the motor be able to be put on the red rocket please help guys. please tell me which boat is better because the grand prix and red rocket do not have alot of info on them thanks.:confused:

The red rocket is a 480 motored boat using the 600 will a/ sink it and b/ the 600 has brass gears which wear very quicklly - try the 500 size leg lighter smaller and a flex cable which will not wear out if poperly maintained - use a 480 race motor and 7 * 800ar cells
