team built and team kit other than cvd shock tower's is the tranny geared thed same and a-arm is there any thing eles.

The built is assembled and the kit is not.

It's a bit more subtle than that - you'd have to double check at www.teamassociated.com but the team-built doesn't have the CVD's, and has blue shocks, not teflon ones.
I think the wheel and tyre combo is a bit different as well.

team builts are foamless, among other things such as aluminum shocks, as opposed to teflon-coated shocks, dogbones instead of CVD's, painted body, and probably some other little things too.
