Hi guys.

I ran my "now rusted" car on a wet road on Friday. Today i found a black "box" on the driveway that fits next to the others, see the big arrow please. What are these things?? And am I still missing 2 of them?? And I found this bearing (small arrow) in the front steering unit. Is it part of my car?

New rule. Don't drive the TC3 on a wet road.

The black box is probably the heatsink from the speed controller - it should slot back on

not sure about the other part - i'm not a TC3 owner.

So this green "speed Box" should it have all five black "things" in it? Am i missing 2 of them?? Some TC3 nut out there has to know. Oh, what do they do?

electronic speed control, is what that speed box is calls.

and it is fully operational even if the black bits have fallen off.

The "black bits" you speak of are most likely heat sinks for the ESC. The heat sinks keep the ESC cool so it doesn't overheat. I don't believe that the small thing in the pic is a bearing. I don't believe the TC3 has a bearing that small in it any where.
Peace out
