Well today I think I proved just how strong the t-maxx with an XTM conversion kit.
I spent the day in an empty section at a mall near my house to break in my new engine. The first tank went uneventful with a exception of a few spectators. On the 2nd tank I got about two minutes into it and something cought my attention for only a split second during which a Cadillac had turned into where I was racing and when I turned to look my maxx was only like 5 feet away. I quickle put on the brakes and tried to turn away but to late. My maxx spun and stopped right in front of the rear tire of the Caddy which then ran over it.
Now this is the funny thing. Here I am sweating like a pig in a steam room running to the site and when I got there the thing was still running and to my supprise not a thing was broken except for a small dent in the pipe and the body was pushed in but it popped right back. I was sure that my maxx was history. the tire when right over the middle and not a crack in site.
When I got home I pulled it apart and and everything checked out.
Thanks to Traxxas, XTM, RRP, and RPM for making whith out a doubt the strongest R/C possible.
