What is the difrrence between MP/Dom

Sorry i dont know much about these 2 trucks but everybody seems to talk with so much respect about them. it makes me crave for one :)
What is the diffrence between the Monster Pirate and the Dominator? I know they are made both by Ofna.. but performance wise and what it has in it and stuff.. whats the diffrences... which one is better? How Durable is The RTR dominator???

and How big is the Dominator and the Monster pirate compared to the Terra-Crusher.

Hey, There are some excellent key differences between the MP and Dominator, off the top of my head....


Slipper Clutch
Aluminium Diff Housing
Long Hyper7 Shocks
New Fuel Tank
Smaller 'MT3' Wheels/Tyres
Revised Front Brace
Tall Front Shocktower
New Bodyshell
Bumpers & Skidplates


Those are all the new things on the Dominator, Off the top of my head! :D

The Performance difference between the MP and the Dom is quite noticeable, the Dom is alot better handling, faster accelerating and probably more stable, Both the MP and Dominator are incredibly strong, but probably the Dom more so due to the revised front brace which now connects from the centre gear carrier to the front shock tower instead of the gear carrier to the front bellcrank brace and also the fact that the smaller MT3 Wheels/Tyres pue less stress on the suspension arms compared to the monsterous MP Tyres.

Size Comparison to the TC?! Well they're smaller but thats not surprising because the TC is gigantic, it maybe bigger but a Dom could literally run circles round a Terra.

Yea it helped..
I have a Terra at the moment.. I'm gonna upgrade that for first and then i'll buy a dom. I wonder how the Dom compares to the new trucks that comming out

I think that in comparison to the new MT's coming out that it'l be just as durable, if not more... better handling than any of em and quicker.. The new trucks will most probably be faster top end however due to the fact most of them have 2-Speed transmissions, put a 2-Speed into the Dom and watch that mofo fly!
