I have a 55" deep vee with a Zenoah 23Pum and a surface drive (270) prop. Everything has been installed correctly as far as I can tell. There are trim tabs that measure 2" wide x 3" deep. They have been installed 1/8" above the bottom of the boat and directly over the outside rail. The rear of the boat measures 12" wide. When I accellerate the boat begins to tilt to the right (if your looking from the back of the boat) and does not straighten out even at high speed. I need an idea on how to fix this problem. I know it has to do with the torque of the motor but I have never encountered this issue before. Thank you for all responces.
BTW, sitting still the boat does not tilt and is well balanced.

What you have here is a torque problem. There are several ways to cure this. The hard way is to move the strut to the right about 1/8". An easier way is is to adjust your trim tabs, lower on the left side raise the right about 1/16" at a time until it gets better. If you have any weight that you can move to the right, do that also. The trim tabs are a little far out also, I would place them about 1-1/2" out from the strut.

What prop are you using? Make sure it's sharp as a knife. Loosen the nut and raise the strut up about an 1/8th inch. You have to much prop in the water and the engine has to work hard. Homelite have torque Zenoahs have RPM's if you can get more prop out of the water you will get rpm's and less torque roll.
Good luck.
