If I where to get a brushless motor what kind of ESC would I need to get? Could I use the Associated Quantum Pro Reverse? If not where could I get one? Thanks:D

You have to get a special BL controller, cheap ones are between $100-200. But which one you get depends on what motor and what car.

What is a BL Controller. How much would everything cost and is it worth it?

Some you can get for as low as $200, but you will more likely spend about $300. I got it for my e-maxx and a combonation of things setup wrong caused my controller to fry and poor control. It was crazy fast though. Ppl have better luck in smaller scale trucks, like I will most likely put my bl controller after it gets repaired in my T3 with a smaller motor and I expect to have much better results. Go in the electric forum and read the bl thread, it should give you enough info to start with. Then ask whatever questions you have.

you'd get better responses in the brushless motor forum (in the electric forum)

I got my Lehner Warrior 7018 and Basic 5300 for under $240 and it's been a very good $240 spent. Since I have way too many cars and only 2 working ESC's along with the EVX, I never wanted to buy a good brushed controller... hello brushless!
