Urgent! Micro Body Emergancy!

I just finished the paint on a HPI Micro Stratus and after letting everything dry over night i took the window masks off this morning and they left the glue residue on the inside of the body! First how do I get that off without damaging the body? And what could have made this happen so I know not to do it again?

I use a product called "GooGone" to remove stickers, sticker residue, and the oh so nice "leftovers" from window masks.

It's just a couple bucks for the bottle, and It's worked well for around the house cleaning too.

put the smask back on and take it off, it should take away the left on goo

Before you try that other stuff, just take some masking tap and rolled into an oval and try lifting off the residue, it will usually just pull off.

You guys rock. HM- the masking tape did the trick. Here's the finished product along side the TC3 I was trying to copy.

Thanks. I cut them from a mask I printed off the net. Just buy the Bolink blank masking sheets and put it into your printer so it prints on the back side. Print them and cut them out. Here's the link to the site. Just go to the mask section. http://www.*******.com
