What kind of engines do you guys use and what kind of speeds do these bad boys go? Thanks Bob

I've never driven one, just watch them at the races. Powerplants include OPS, Picco, CMB and a new hot kid on the block, a Kalistratov (K) motor from the Soviet Union or whatever they call it today. Speeds are in the healthy 60 MPH range for heat racing, records at 80+MPH.A web site that has 1/8th scale racers in it is www.rcboat.com. Tower Hobbies carries a video of these boats racing in the Seattle, Wa. area.
