I believe the Hacker C50. One propels an EMaxx to 43 mph. Pretty good when a stocker does only 22 mph.

fastest rpm wise or fastest in a car or fastest in a monster truck?
fastest rpm wise, i would say one of the smaller lehners, up to 100k rpm. fastest in a car would probly be the 1920 5t, and fastest in a monster truck, the hacker c50 or lehner 1940.

check this out:

a torcman 350/28 with 10 poles and 8 turns puts out only 15000 RPM, but the powwer of these LRK´s is THAT much higher than the inner rotor motors, that it could easily been bolted DIRECTLY to a cars Tire, making it THE fastest of all (even a very hard 100K RPM motor has to geared down to 10:1 wich means 10 000 RPM, watch the 15000 of the Torcman in my 8th buggy . . . . . . . . .
("only" topping it by another 50 % . . . .i didn´t say anything . . . . .not . . . .really . . . . . . .;-)

(OK it IS a little geared down in this huge and heavy car, but only by 2.5:1 !!
(even enough RPM for a 8th buggy, the Car still has to be driveable one !!)
(but these systems are very very hard to suit to the cars and battery needs !!)
other models might use it WITHOUT any gear, that will be one of my next projects, AFTER my real new Car !!!
