I don't know about the other brushless motor companies, but I can say that Novak has been Great.. I don't know where "CharlieS" has been lately but I know he has been working hard helping customers... To Make a Long story short, I received my New replacement SS last night after my ESC died on me last week!!

I totally agree with the fact that Novak's customer service is awesome. I blew a bearing, sent in my motor/esc and they sent me a brand new combo.

With this kind of service, I'll be a life long customer.

Got mine a few days ago, I'm pretty happy with mine, I sure hope it doesn't fry.

I have to admit the customer service is great but i'm hoping the the motor and controller problems will eventually get ironed out so we won't have to send them back every few months.Mine's in for the second time now,the first for a seperated shaft and now the speed control just wouldn't power up.At least the warranty starts over every time you get a new one back.Who knows, mine might be under warranty for the next 10 years if it keeps breaking.
