I originally listed Travis and Jukka's cars as "Double-X4s" based on a tip, but they might have actually been driving hybrid cars. They weren't standard Triple-X4s. Anybody got the scoop?

My Team Losi insider (pro racer) says that he is building a Double-X4 for the Worlds and that team drivers are given the option on what they want to run.

True.
Travis also tried his XXX-4 in qualifying. Fast but many errors.

Doesn't surprise me, the XXX4 was never designed to run on anything other than smooth blue-groove tracks. Judging by the efforts of the other 4wd manufacturers, Losi will soon have plenty of competition to worry about!

Hara has been running the Lightning Stadium Truck at several big gas off-road races this year. He won Silverstate I think.

Maybe he said it was his first ELECTRIC off-road race.
Masami's Yokomo has double deck carbon fiber chassis, saddle pack on rear and mid motor like the XX4, B4 rear arms and slipper, 2 belts. A new body too.
