Pro-Line Slingshot 2.2 paddle tire

www.pro-lineracing.com

Sand, mud and snow are no longer a threat to 1:10 trucks. Pro-Line introduces two new tires that, when combined, create a virtually unstoppable force. Introducing eight of the most flinging, slinging, digging, tossing, hurling paddles you have ever seen—the 2.2” SlingShot; and introduce one of the most crazy carving front tires you have ever seen-the 2.2” Mohawk.

After extensive testing with Pro-Line’s R& D department, they noted that the SlingShot was the best performing 2.2” sand tire they have ever seen. With such awesome performance, an equally performing front tire was needed as well. The Mohawk was and is the answer and returns the favor of extreme performance on the front end of the vehicle. Combining these two tires makes your 1:10 truck into a mean sand, snow, or mud machine.

Pro-Line…Simply the Fastest R/C Accessories!

Features:
· Made from super-soft M2 compound
· Impact firm foams included
· Realistic tread design
· Throw roost with the rear tire or side-to-side roost with the front

Sling Shot 2.2" Rear Tire Part #1125-00 $20.00/pr

It looks like Proline carried over the monster truck-sized tire tech to the 2.2-size: fewer paddles to let the engine stretch its legs a bit to get it into its power band so you can 'slingshot' ahead. (This is instead of gobs of traction initially)

They should have a pretty good life span, just so long as you keep them on the sand and/or snow. Going over rocks or pavement will probably shorten the life alot.
