Burch and Kyosho Dominate ROAR 1/8 On-Road Nats

Burch and Kyosho Dominate ROAR 1/8 On-Road Nats

Latest from www.kyoshoamerica.com

Team Kyosho's Ralph Burch TQ'ed and won the 2006 ROAR 1/8 On-Road Nationals held at the TSRCAR facility at Joyce Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. Burch was the only driver to turn 16 laps in qualifying with his Max-powered Kyosho Evolva WC Edition. Burch and pit man Mark Blackketter only changed his Jaco tires once. Even though that meant starting on larger tires and finishing with smaller ones, the eminent experience of both driver and crew knew this would be part of the winning strategy. Team Kyosho driver and Vice President Joel Johnson also finished third ahead of four other Kyosho cars in the final, making a total of six Evolvas and the most dominant car of the event. Congratulations and thanks to Ralph Burch and Mark Blackketter for putting the Evolva in the winners circle once again.

Those are the Kyosho Dome body, with the possible exception of one Parma body that is nearly identical to the Dome.

Thank you for the quick response. Is the kyosho body readily available in the US? Seems ever since they cut ties with Great Planes its hard to get Kyosho stuff.

Yes, both versions of the body are readily available. Kyosho products, especially this type, have never been more available in US. Please let the hobby shop know that they can order direct with no minimum, or post their information so we can give them a call and let them know about all the details. I'd say there are more racing shops carrying Kyosho product than ever before, although it may not be some of the same shops. Let us know how we can help and we'll see if we can get some of your local dealers on line. Email us at sales@kyoshoamerica.com with any information. Thanks!
