hey STEVE P.IM THINKING ABOUT PUTTING AN OS 12 CVX HYPER IN MY TMAXX.IS THIS A GOOD CHOICE.?IS IT MORE POWERFUL THAN THE TRAXXAS TRX?EASIER TO TUNE?I WOULD LIKE TO GO BIGGER LIKE A .15 ,BUT I DONT WANT TO TEAR UP THE TRANNY.ID RATHER HAVE RELIABILITY THAN POWER THE TRUCK CANT HANDLE?PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK.

Mind If I through in my 2 cents?

The 15 CVX is a great enine for the maxx. It hasa little more torque, and that'll help. If you run it a little rich and keep your spur gear adjusted it shoudl be fine, and will last a lot longer. I've been looking into motors for my maxx for a while now, and the 3 that seem to stick out are the OScvx15 the OScvx15Hyper, and the Picco15. Most of the level headed makers who have lots of experience go with the regular OScvx15 and love it to death.
